Vendor Questions
How do I become a vendor?
- To become a vendor you must apply for each event that you are interested. Each event has its own application. You can view event applications for each event here.
How will I know if I am accepted?
- Once application has been completed you will be contacted through email (double check your email entry on application) with payment request.
If you are not accepted we encourage you to re-apply for future dates or other markets. We are limited to the amount of vendors and categories per location.
When do I submit payment once accepted?
- Payments are to be sent 24 hours of email acceptance to secure your vendor spot. The email will provide further information on how to pay.
Refund Policy
- There are No Refunds once you have submitted your vendor fee.
Fees are used for location rental, marketing event, set up, and towards LIVE nonprofit fundraising purpose.
How much does it cost to be a vendor?
- Vendor fees range per event. Each city/location have different permits and rental fees. Vendor fees can be found on each application. They vary from $60 - $250.
How do I setup and where do I park?
- Vendors will receive additional information the week of the event with setup times, parking instructions, and additional information.
What does a vendor typically need for setup?
- Each event is different and details are provided on each application.
- Typically most events require a 10ft x 10ft canopy.
We do not provide any setup equipment needed unless otherwise specified.
Additional items may be needed depending on your product, here are a few:
- Tables (must have table cover)
- Chairs
- Clothing rack
- Lights (battery operated) - if night market
- Payment types displayed (QR codes, etc)
- Cardboard (food vendors) - must have entire floor space covered.
Do I need permits?
- This varies based on event. Vendors are responsible for their own permits, but we are here to help.
- City permitting vary by city and may require organizer to submit applications on behalf of vendors.
Is electricity provided?
- Outdoor events electricity is not provided.
